yesterday, 25/10, my family and i went to bugis to have bbq steamboat for dinner! everyone was tooting for customer and we were just spoilt for choice. but we landed up in a shop called la mezi, which means hot babe in mandarin whahahas!

It was sea soil creatures! hahas...

let the story begin!

once a upon a time, there was this girl called jollyn who had a cantata rehearsal with the choir and her lovely gf carmen(: in the land far far away called singapore post.

her father awaited the ending of the rehearsal so he could catch his wife and daughter up in his black knight and bring them back safely home.

*HAHAS! I CANT CONTINUE WITH THE FAIRYTALE SETTING! LOL.*

okays let us continue in a normal mundane singapore setting.

so my father parked his car and we walked back home from the private estate. we had to walk alongside sungei api api to get to the bridge that leads to home. and suddenly,  we heard an adrupt swishing sound at the river. i was shocked as there were some big creatures that reside at that river!

then daddy said,'aiya dont need to be scared, its just some soil creatures.'

i could not help but burst out in laughter! SOIL CREATURES!

hahas... my daddy is very funny,

sea, soil and land creatures! lol. damn funny!

okays i gotta start preparing for work, last day of work before school starts.

sometimes i feel hols passed too fast, I WANT TO EARN MORE MONEY!  hahas....

okays this kiasu thing that i did happened two days ago, 14 oct.

as usual, i went for work at sing post for my telemarketing job with jie.

as usual, we would see zoe there at 2.

as usual, we started dialing hundreds of numbers in hope to fix appointments for our agents.

as usual, we had cravings for the yogurt selling at B1, as they were having the free topping promotion from 2-5pm.

me: jie, want to eat yougurt?

jie: nope.

*turn to zoe*

me: want to eat yogurt?

zoe: erm. what time is it now?

*we looked at our watches and it was alr 1655! which means we have only 5mins to go down*

together: omg! quickly!!!!

hahas... it was damn funny cus the customer i was talking too didnt want to stop talking to me and i was like standing up answering the call. that looked hilarious okays. the entire office must be wondering why must a telemarketer stand up to answer phone calls hahas!

after i've placed the phone down, we ran all the way to the lift lobby at lvl 11 and ran down the escalator to B1! hahas.... cant imagine that man! and zoe was in skirt! hahas....

when we reached there, we had less than one minute to order. we hurried the sales person or whatever she was called. yogurt maker? hahas...

anyway, we just hurried her but she was like taking her own sweet time to key in the previous customer's order! argh.

but anyway we managed to make it at the last few secs! woohoo~! great timing mans! hahas.... and how we enjoyed that free topping because of our kiasu-ness!

had rehearsal for cantata in the evening at sing post! hahas... sing post has become my 2nd home! lol.

carmen made choc chip cookies for me! in that lovely lovely pink cadbury tin can!!!! woohoo~~!

and i totally agree with what carmen said in her blog that pianist for the cantata faces the most stress mans!

i think i didnt blog about this, so yupps here goes(:

had a grooming session early that morning of 5 oct at the airport, hahas...

we learn how to serve pags well and how to make-up hilarious!

i was chosen to be the 'model' for the make-up ahahs!

sat on the chair for very long sia while the grooming officer was dolling me up hahas!

she put tons of things on my face manz! which i'll nvr do it by myself. hahas...

for duties i only put foundation and blusher. did alway with all the concealer, loose powder, eyeliner, mascara etc. hahas....

in the evening, jie and i went to tampines to shop shop shop!

we went crazy in the fitting rooms!!! hahas... check this out

taking a break from work today....

having a cousins outing tonight! hahas... cant wait to see them all again!

esp carmen cus she couldnt make it that time for cny as she had to fly.

yesterday there was this super cute patient.

a korean boy with a super nice ang moh accent! believe it or not! hahas...

there was two of his lower front tooth was shaky and the adult tooth have started emerging.

guess its horrible hahas... hated shaky teeth hehes...

he was very afraid to let the dentist check his teeth cause he didnt want to have an extraction.

and he asked a damn cute question, "are you going to use a string to pull it out?"

omg. i was like going to burst out in laughter. sooo cute!

the dentist then called the mother in to get her opinion on the extraction. the mother was fine just that the child was too adamant against extraction, fearing the needle.

we tried to calm him down as much but i had no idea what to do man.

the mother said that she'll get him a nintendo if he had his teeth extracted. whaowee! *jealous* hahas...

but it didnt work-.-

we then tried to hold him down while the dentist applied topical anasthetic, a pink gel that help to numb the gum.

strawberry flavour! cool. hahas...

his mother coax him into having the anasthetic applied by saying it was lotion for the gums! lol.!

after the anasthetic started working, the dentist tried to inject local anasthetic. the boy screamed when he saw the needle. omg. my heart goes out for him lars... didnt remember having injection that young.

well, we managed to hold him down while the dentist tried to inject, but halfway throught the injection he struggled, and we had no choice but to take a rest first. hmm...

after talking to him for awhile, his older brother, about 9 years old, came in and asked, "are you all done yet?" hahas...

we haven even started! hahas...

he then started talking about his experience in hong kong saying that he was shot(had the injection) twice.

but his kid brother couldnt be bothered with what he just said hahas...

time was running out.

the patient's mother told him that the dentist had to see other patients. and she referred the dentist as ahjushi (hahas dont know how to spell, but its uncle in korean! hahas)

we then proceeded to see other patients leaving the boy in the room first. a while later, i went into the room to clear some things and had a small chat with him.

i told him that i extraced four tooth in one day and he gave me that 'whao!' face! hahas.. damn cute!

in the end, the dentist didnt have time to extract his teeth and they had no choice but to mb come back another day. hahas...

gotta prepare myself already! since i have to go down to japalang's office to collect cure and my one day pay ahahs...
